Meeting Minutes

Called to order 7:04pm
 

Programs in Attendance:    Bel Air, Aberdeen, Fallston, Jarrettsville, Hereford, Joppatowne, Edgmere, Edgewood, Perry Hall, LTRC, Havre De Grace, Cecil Saints

Executive Board Members in Attendance:
Keith Fletcher (President)
Ian Mitchell (VP Scheduling)
Jamie Eckels (Secretary)
Vince Hagley (VP Rules)

Minutes Approved: Ian Mitchell / Vince Hagley

President’s Report: Cecil County Jaguars will not be fielding a program this season.

VP of Scheduling Report:  Still looking for scheduling program. Any recommendations contact Ian Mitchell. 

Have not received any suggestions on divisions. Leaning toward keeping 3 divisions with all second teams in white division.

Need to start hammering out divisions at next meeting. 

Treasurers Report:  Working with Tina to complete switch of duties. 

VP Rules Report: Make sure background checks are being done of all coaches.

Blue Division Report: Nothing new to report.  

Gold Division Report: Nothing new to report.   

White Division Report: Nothing new to report.   

Old Business: 
“Rule Change Proposal - Moving to a minimum of 3 officials at every competitive age group on game day.  Purpose for proposal is for safety reasons and making a better attempt to cover the entire field from an official’s standpoint.”

New Business: 
-Ian Mitchell has left the Fallston Football program. Remains UCYFL VP of Scheduling.

 -Discussed program registration numbers thus far.  

Dismissed: 8:00pm  Ian / Fish
