President’s Report: - Meetings will start at 8pm during the season.
-Need a count of remaining championship trophies. If your program has any left over, please contact Keith Fletcher with a count.
-Team Colors: Please send Keith Fletcher your program colors and primary jersey colors. If two both teams during a game are wearing the same color, the visiting team must wear pennies provided by the home team.
VP of Scheduling Report: Schedule will be released as soon as its ready.
Please inform parents and coaches they are not to contact VP of Scheduling, questions should be directed to program heads.
NO swapping games! This is to avoid complications.
Clinic structure is still being worked on.
Need to start hammering out divisions. Will be decided at July meeting
Treasurers Report: League Fees are $75.00 per team. Payments are due by October 1,2015
VP Rules Report: Tackle to Tackle decals will be distributed in the next few weeks.
All tackle to tackle players 6U-10U must have a ‘T’ on their helmet.
Rosters must be in by August 21, 2015. Rosters will be locked after this date.
Update roster photos if needed. Program heads must verify birth certificates!

-Rule Change proposal: Background checks to be required for ALL volunteers in all participating counties.
